The Author
These are the assembled rants and ruminations of Simon Kaye.
Simon is definitely the sort of chap who would write his ‘about the author’ page in the third-person perspective, mainly because it is vaguely reminiscent of that bit on the inside cover of paperback novels.
Since you ask so nicely, Simon Kaye is a full-time (pfft) student based in the east of Britain’s delightful capital city, London. He has worked for a number of small publications, even occasionally getting paid for it. No-one, as yet, has paid him to write anything non-factual. But the laugh’s on them, because he made up quite a lot of the stuff that was supposed to be factual. It’s all just good practice, after all.
In the unlikely event that Simon’s next literary masterpiece fails to become a runaway international smash-hit, he will almost certainly be applying to law schools for 2008.
Simon enjoys writing, reading, travelling and learning, and spends a great deal of his time looking, hearing, seeing, feeling and occasionally even smelling.
Simon is also one of those irritating, cheerful, optimistic people who you hate to be within ten meters of during your morning commute.
